Notifying Parents and Carers in the event of a school closure

 

In the unfortunate event of a school closure due to adverse weather conditions or significant utility failure, we will ensure that we notify all parents and carers by the following methods

  • Text alert/email sent via Schoolcomms
  • Update message on front page of website
  • Local Authority website
  • Local radio stations will be notified

Wherever possible, in the event of such eventuality, we will always try to ensure that we notify our parents of a potential school closure as soon as possible

 

It is vital to keep us updated of any changes to emergency contact details to ensure that you receive all important updates
